Import the Drawing

Import From:

• AutoCAD™ drawings in both dxf and dwg format
• Drawings cut from PDFs
• Scanned drawings

Select the Area for Rebar

Apply Rebar:

• Select an Area by a simple Rectangle
• or Select an Area clicking on one side
• or Trace around the Area & Adjust the Area if rquired
• Select the Side which is the Elevation & Enter the Depth
• Automatically create Cross Section
• Import the Cross Section Drawing

Draw the Stirrups and Longitudinal Steel

Draw Stirrups:

• Draw Rebar using a Wizard OR Draw Rebar Manually
• Trim/Extend, Add Bends, Straighten Steel, Add Spacing.
• Metric mm, cm, m or English Units

Draw the Rebar From A Template

Use are previous Cross Section as a Template:

• Draw Rebar using an already drawn Cross Section as a template for another area

Show in 3D

3D View:

• Verify drawing in 3D

Summary Quote & Bill of Quantities

Complete Summary Of Quote:

• Includes Customer Quote
• Includes Bill of Materials
• Includes Plan of Quote

Complete Detail Reports:

• Includes Rebar Optimization & Rebar Detail Drawings
• Includes Labor & Includes Bends
• Includes Number Off & Includes Instructions for Bender
• Can Export to CNC & Customizable

Rebar Tags/Bar Marks

Automatically Generate Rebar Tags/Bar Marks:

• Includes Tags on the Drawing which can printed and sent to site
• Tags are numbered and Location is customizable but default codes are:
• TB - Top Bar & MB - Mid Bar & BB - Bottom Bar
• S - Sitirrup & Includes Tags and Number Off in reports

Zone Report

Draw Zones:

• Divide Drawing up into Zones for Delivery
• Zone Drawing can be printed for Delivery to Site
• Zone Report breaking rebar quantities into zones

Cladding or Siding Can Also Be Estimated

Import a PDF and apply Cladding or Siding:

• Import a PDF and Trace around the walls
• Select the area to apply products Cut out Windows and Doorsand
• Enter the Cladding/Siding Products
• Enter the Products for Wall Corners, Wall Base and Wall Top
• Enter the Products for Side Windows, Lower Windows, Upper Windows, Side Doors, Upper Doors
• Add Soaker Flashings to Windows
